Ukrainian President Zelenskyy is giving a news conference any minute. How they’re holding up with the USA letting them down. Whether we are part of Europe l don’t know since Brexit. Britain voted to leave Europe so l don’t think they should let us join in with the football or anything like that until we at least say sorry!

The sun is out – the sky is blue – l popped out to the wheelie bin. Ooh! So very cold. Time to put a woolly on!

It looks like although Trump doesn’t seem as though he will speak with Ukraine about a possible peace something might still be able to be salvaged but we will just have to be patient and wait and see.

I’m just finishing breakfast in bed (a blueberry yoghurt and some strawberries) with the television on. I’m not really quite with it yet but probably need to drink more coffee. I love Sundays!

So tired – only just got up. Very worried about the news that Russia is building up lots of troops to be sent to Belarus again. Sounds like they are at it again – not that they ever stopped. Just when USA are withdrawing their support for Ukraine and the rest of Europe.

The political situation in America is very worrying and its effect on the world could be devastating. We need to keep a close eye on what is happening!

I slept for three hours and then wide awake. Came downstairs again. The television is on and I have ordered a grocery delivery and a duvet cover set. Now wondering if I could try to get back to sleep or postpone for a while. Another yawn. Think I will head back upstairs.

I watched with astonishment as a certain wealthy American talked last night as though he is the President and Trump just sat there looking dense. Does this mean that twitter is in power over the world.

I have just dragged myself out of bed. Really very tired. Received that phone call message earlier about two bank transfers which I believe is a scam so I hung up. Really depressing and worrying that these people do this.

I couldn’t get to sleep last night and eventually gave up and came downstairs. I read much of my New Statesman which I didn’t get to over the weekend and watched television and nodded off for about half an hour. Never mind, l should sleep well tonight.
