I have just had a bath and washed my hair. I can no longer lie down in the water as I don’t think I could pull myself up again. I do what my Mother used to do when I was little and pour a large plastic jug of water over me. Just as good!

I am expecting a delivery today. Of course it means that every time I go into the kitchen or bathroom I am trying to listen out for the door. Hopefully they will ring the doorbell and not just tap on the window!

My broadband supplier phoned yesterday. I hate it when they phone. My current package is going up in price and the only way I can keep the price down is by having a new package. This is a very worrying way of doing things and I really hate it.

Why do so many female television presenters wear such stupid shoes? Is there a competition on who can wear the daftest pair? It’s difficult to hear what they are saying when you are mesmerized by their footwear. Are they coerced into wearing them? It’s beyond my comprehension.

They are now saying not to rule out the possibility of unidentified objects flying over the UK after several have been shot down over North America. So far there have been no suggestions where they have come from as far as I know.

I watched the programme last night about the mad King George III. Very interesting. They treated the mentally disturbed in different ways according to their finances. One of the contributors mentioned that these days some of the mentally ill are heavily medicated. I am not diagnosed as bi-polar like George III but with my schizophrenia diagnosis I was completely clobbered by too much medication for many many years. A complete nightmare!

I was in the kitchen sorting out some lunch when the doorbell rang. I was really surprised to see the hairdresser. I discovered that I had forgotten to transfer the appointment from last year’s calendar. Really glad I had washed my hair.

I am really tired this morning but I need to have a bath and wash my hair. I will have a quick breakfast first.

My dear friend came last night with fish and chips. It was really nice to see her and I opened a bottle of wine. So I have things to sort out this morning.

I have completely overslept this morning and I have someone coming quite soon!
