Still taking the tablets…

Snow

I have woken up to snow and my sitting room isn’t very warm. The snow isn’t very deep I don’t think and the sun is out so it will probably clear quite soon.

Calcium tablets

For quite a long time now I have been taking iron tablets twice a day and calcium plus vitamin D3 tablets twice a day as well. Problem was they had to be taken four hours apart so my day had to be regimented to do that. I now have a different calcium tablet once a day and what a big difference to my regime.

Colder weather is forecast including snow on Thursday. I have remembered to go back into wearing a vest!

Being included

Over the past week or so people have been realising that there are far more of us that do not believe in God than ever before so it’s about time we were catered for when it comes to being included/accepted within society.

The workforce

So many of the workforce are now having to strike but the Conservative government is still not listening but I am not surprised. The sooner they are replaced the better.

Two magazines

So my two magazines didn’t come this week. Both my TV Times which starts today and my New Statesman which I read on a Saturday haven’t arrived. Oh well! Hopefully they will come today. If not, I will have to do without them.

A & E

I have quite a lot of pain in my left index finger going back to my fall. I think there is possibly a fracture there but not much would be done if I went to A & E.

Not surprising!

It looks like there are going to be quite a few strikes this winter. It is true that the rich have been getting richer and the poor poorer over the past twelve years so it’s not surprising!

Didn’t sleep

I didn’t sleep at all last night. When it got to around 1.30 am I realised I was wide awake so I got up. I feel quite tired now so should sleep well tonight.

Fell quite heavily

I was walking fast when I tripped over the step into the sitting room. I fell quite heavily dropping the mug of water and ice lolly I had been carrying. I managed to get to the sofa where I ate the lolly whilst considering my condition which I continued to do throughout the day. This morning I have aches and pains all over – in particular, my right elbow and knee. I have never had so many bruises but I am better than I had expected.
