In the period that the Tories have been in power the gap between the wealthy and the poor has become even larger. It is so true that with the mortgage payments and rents have gone through the roof so many more people are homeless and the wealthy are becoming even wealthier. I really hope Labour get in for a fairer society.

Now if you want to watch the new series of your favourite programme you have to pay extra for another channel. So many things like getting a dentist you end up having to go private. It’s really upsetting. Bloody bloody Tories! I thought New Labour were bad but this lot…

I am running late again this morning having overslept. Hopefully I can catch up with everything in the next half hour. Always leaves one feeling at a loss.

I have started losing weight today thank goodness – I put one and a half kilos on over the Xmas period.

I had a dream that I had a pregnant American XL Bully dog. I have never had a dog but was watching the news about them yesterday. I am glad that it was just a dream!

I have just seen that l didn’t do a post yesterday. What l should have said is that I managed to pull out the washing machine soap drawer and clean it and put it back. Success!

Another year nearly done. I am having my coffee, yoghurt and fruit in bed with the television on. What a lucky person I am – I can’t really complain about anything. When you see what is going on around the world – things here in the UK are very good!

My washing machine soap drawer has been filling up with water and it’s getting worse. I am told that I need to take the drawer out. I have watched the video and read the booklet and still can’t do it! I have now asked others to have a go.

I am back on the milkshake meal replacements today… sooner than I intended. I had planned to be off the diet for a week over Xmas/New Year but I have put on 1 kg already and I haven’t been that bad. It just shows me how quickly weight goes on!
