My television is still playing up and I am expecting an Engineer. Hopefully it won’t cost me anything. I’m not very flush at the moment.

I had my Covid jab and my flu jab at the surgery yesterday morning. I don’t feel absolutely great even though I have lost more weight but I don’t feel really bad which was what I had anticipated. Hopefully it will pass in the next 24 hours.

It strikes me as funny that as a child we would go to church and all the females would put hats on and all the males would take hats off… haha… what madness!

My television came straight on this morning now that I have arranged for an Engineer to call. But my boiler is silent and has no lights on although I seem to have a full tank of hot water. I will check again after my bath.

My son told me that my television is covered for five years which I was thinking l would have to replace. I phoned for an Engineer and she said to unplug for fifteen seconds which we did and it was fine but this morning it was playing up again. I shall phone again in a little while.

The battery in my watch has died. It shows me how pathetic my situation is although I found someone who very kindly doesn’t mind taking it into the City Centre for me. I am very lucky. I don’t know how much I should offer for such a kind service.

When I turned my big television on this morning it kept flashing on and off. I turned it all off and on again and it is okay. Whether it’s a sign that my TV is near its end or the box l don’t know but I am broke at the moment.

My mind has seized up this morning and nothing else comes to mind. I think I added to someone’s fear of flying without meaning to yesterday. I thought we were talking about someone else at the start and was a whole lot thoughtless and nothing else comes to mind!

I have just come back upstairs on my stairlift with a basket containing coffee, water, yogurt, spoon, cherries and my tablets wrapped in a tissue. All set up for breakfast in bed. I also brought up my tablet and writing paper last night so I could do this!

I placed my first call out to the stairlift company early this morning when I couldn’t get it to respond to either of the two remotes. He was here ten minutes later. All working perfectly now.
