I thought I had got over my neck/shoulder pain but this morning I have overslept and the pain is back. I have just used fisiocrem which doesn’t contain ibuprofen which I can’t have and is a natural product and works well too. The pain has gone for now.

First impressions

I have been thinking that when it comes to people I don’t know l decide my first impressions in judging them are on head and/or facial hair for men and shoes for a woman. I can’t take a woman with heels very seriously and a man who has made an effort with his hair is definitely more appealing.

All this coverage being given to the far right on our televisions is very worrying. I do believe in free speech but we also have to remember how Hitler did it and take heed!
