I have just struggled to get up, dressed and come downstairs and it is gone way past 10.00. Trying to wake up… coffee will help!

So I did get some more sleep and more vivid dreams. Fortunately I woke again in time to fetch breakfast and bring it upstairs in time for Trevor Phillips on Sky News. He is currently interviewing David Lammy, one of my favourite politicians, which I will go back to.

I had a very vivid dream where I seem to have gone out after work with several colleagues and I seem to have been paired up with a young man or other but it seems that I had to survive their advances. Very weird dream. Maybe I could get another few hours sleep!

The political situation in USA is very concerning and now that Russia are testing NATO countries by invading their airspace this is all very worrying. But it’s important that we remain aware of the dangers of the situation.

I have been mesmerised by the Emmerdale storyline which has been running for a while now. When it has been on l have found myself transfixed by it and then share the whole thing with my friend who lives in France. Absolutely brilliant!

It really annoys me when the Tories talk about what they would do if they were in power. After 14 years l think they should be quiet. We don’t hear any humility or apologies, just blatant arrogance! No, l think they just make me angry!

I have just been thinking… again… all those years ago I was told that my cannabis resin had caused my schizophrenia. I didn’t smoke grass (weed) and never tried skunk which is much stronger. These days they look at it all differently and nobody l speak to (including psychiatry) blames that mild, usually Moroccan cannabis now, apart from those who can’t admit that they were advised wrongly. I also wasn’t aware that my meds were the reason that I have had no sexual feelings all these years. It’s all very upsetting and really troubling. Maybe I should put myself down for counselling again.

Can we really not do anything about the war in Ukraine? I understand that we don’t want a third world war but someone somewhere must come up with something other than just watch fellow human beings being attacked. And all the others around the world like Gaza and parts of Africa. Doesn’t seem right somehow!

Why do most men conform and keep their hair short? And I am not just talking about the youngsters following a relatively new fashion. And if they let it grow a little people question it. What a shame!

When I see women on television wearing stupid shoes which make them balance on their toes they just look daft to me. I don’t know why they are doing such a ridiculous thing. They just look silly!
