Wednesday was a bad day. I had to sort out the information held on me and it was a lot more complicated than I had realised. And having worried about it for the rest of the day it also stopped me from sleeping. So I am downstairs writing this instead of being out for the count.

I’m really struggling this morning. I have things to do but finding it really difficult to concentrate. Oh well!

I had intended to get up early ish today but was shocked to see that it was around 9.00 when I woke up. Only just getting my head back down to earth and ready for the day.

We are so lucky in this country when it comes to natural disasters or poisonous snakes or spiders or, in fact, anything l can think of. Even the weather isn’t too bad.
