I had a lift both ways into the City Centre and walked the short walk to pick up my new glasses. It was very hot and I was wearing a mask and I couldn’t breathe. I was in a bad way and nearly embarrassed myself when I was struggling to control my bladder. It is a very long time since I was in that position and I must think seriously about what to do next time.
