I have been waiting for someone to help me with cancelling a package I had agreed to within the 14 day cooling off period. I had tried myself and got nowhere. But no help was forthcoming so I had another go. This time I hit the jackpot.A very nice young woman helped me and everything is resolved. What a relief!
