My blood glucose levels are up so I am now very near to diabetes. I have been pre diabetic for several years. I have given away all my naughty food and gone back to daily walks and a 40 minute Qigong class online. And the weight is very slowly coming down. Long may it continue. I have attempted this many times before but the problem is sustaining it!
