I am slowly losing weight l think but l thought I would give it a hand with the K3 Keto diet. I rang the Pharmacist who looks after me and he said he could see no reason why I shouldn’t try it on my meds but just to stop it if I feel unwell. In addition I have taken out foods and replaced with more suitable stuff from my shopping list.
