I am not happy with my broadband supplier. Just to keep my package (which I love) – although I know that they have made a change to my TV package but I don’t know what difference it will make – it’s going to cost me an extra £30 per month. They know I am not happy but they are not in this country and don’t seem to care. It’s a shame – I have been with them a long time!
