I have come to the realisation that although there have been people who have openly disliked me that there are people who l thought were close who really just don’t like anything about me. Certainly my opinions, but I hadn’t really thought about it but l am my opinions, my very thoughts and beliefs are my very essence. I have always tried to be fairly open and honest about my thoughts and very happy to discuss these things but I suppose there’s just those who for some reason or another wish to silence me. Fortunately I also have some very good friends who tell me that I am a lovely, intelligent, interesting, funny, caring person as a friend said earlier. Or just that I am a loved and valued friend and they don’t want me to change. So life is still good.
