I find myself here again – curled up in my armchair in dressing gown and pjs – with the television on wondering if I am going to get any sleep tonight and be awake and out of bed before the window cleaner is up his ladder first thing. All l know is that I couldn’t lie in bed anymore waiting to nod off as soon as possible.
