I ended up going to the doctors in the afternoon – my friend took me – and my blood pressure was very high so I am going for lots of tests and blood pressure checks at home. Fortunately my surgery is very close by.

I got up sharpish this morning because I am expecting to hear from someone early. Trying to gather my senses!

I tried out my new small mesh basket and two ceramic coffee mugs with lids and safely carried my breakfast upstairs to bed. I had been doing it without a hand free for the banister rail. Much safer!

My friend is coming for a late lunch today and we will order something in. Maybe fish and chips or even a midweek roast as they call it. I will have to wait and see!

As I don’t really remember falling on either occasions my friends are telling me that I should tell the doctor. It could have been a simple trip or something else but I shall book a phone appointment for the next week or two.

I don’t usually share when someone upsets me – mainly because I don’t want to upset the other person. But last night I did. I am not sure if I did the right thing… but I think I did.

I am expecting the Engineer to come today so I got up early. Hopefully I will wake up soon!

I still have aches and pains and very sore in places since my fall. Expecting some deliveries today and I have some phone calls to make and I couldn’t get back to sleep when I woke for a wee just before 3.00am. So I got up very early.

I had another fall yesterday. It was the second time I had fallen in the last three months and in the same place. I believe that I tripped on the step into the sitting room although it all happened so fast. I have bruises and grazes that are very sore but it could have been a lot worse.

I am expecting a delivery so found that I couldn’t have much of a lay in even though it won’t be delivered for hours.
