I am not really with it this morning – I have the News on the television as usual and I am wishing there would be some good news about Ukraine. But Russia have no intentions of stopping. Perhaps we might hear some good news of Russia – like an end to Putin and his mates.

I need a roofer to come in and tell me what needs doing with my roof extension where water has come in. I need a quote.

Are we really just going to continue watching what is happening in Ukraine without doing more. I know we don’t want to start World War Three but surely there’s something else we can do?

I have been following what is happening in Ukraine on Sky News for the past ten days. Are we going to stand up to Russia? And when? I am sure that we could do more!

I feel very guilty. I have been very good and sticking to my healthy eating pre diabetes thing and haven’t had a takeaway for two months. And then yesterday I had fish and chips. But I did eat less than half.

Russian forces have taken the largest nuclear power plant in Europe. An explosion would be 10 times larger than Chernobyl.

My kitchen clock which used to be my Mother’s kitchen clock has finally died on me. I have ordered a new one.

I had a procedure done at the surgery yesterday. Not too jolly but it was over relatively quickly. I will have to get used to it as it will be part of my future.

My Qigong class is now on a completely new platform so I had to resubscribe. Fortunately the teacher came to my aid.

I have heard two things this morning. Firstly that the convoy of Russian troops heading for Kyiv last night has  been slowed down and secondly, Belarus is sending in troops in support of Russia.
