I think I have a problem with my left kidney but, for now, I am going to keep an eye on it. I probably need an antibiotic.

Apparently I am prediabetic and the surgery have put me up for a 9 month healthier, happier, fitter course to avoid diabetes. Thankfully it doesn’t start until January.

Yesterday I stuffed many envelopes for the Labour Party. It felt good to be doing something and I went to bed very tired with a sore back. Very tired this morning.

I thought I would try another denture adhesive and see if I prefer the taste and whether it would stick for longer. So far it seems to become unattached when I eat something. There seems to be several companies that make different strengths of adhesive each.

Stella Creasy, Labour MP , has been told not to being her 3 month old baby into the House of Commons. Whatever next?

I thought I would try some Fixodent to hold my denture in place. The only tube I have was a freebie and is dated 2012 but I thought I would try it and order some more next day delivery. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed and I won’t get it until tomorrow. Oh well!

Another national lockdown in Austria as the virus spreads and protests spread across Europe. Vaccinations will become compulsory in Austria from next year.

Apparently Andrew Marr is leaving the BBC. I will really miss him on a Sunday.

I had a psychiatric medication review. He said to stick with the antipsychotic that I am on. He said if I want to lose weight then I could come down half a mg per day and it wouldn’t do anything negative.

Several countries in the European Union are not doing so well with Covid – especially Germany. Very concerning!
