I went for an ECG yesterday which proved to be absolutely normal. Thank goodness for that!
Scary!

The coronavirus has taken off now in the UK. I have one of those underlying conditions. I think it’s 36 now. Getting a bit scary!
Superstitious
Sun 1st Mar, at 10:47 am | Deirdre | Diary
I was reminded this morning that some people say “pinch punch” and “white rabbits” on the first of the month. What a superstitious lot!
Heart breaking!

I do feel for all those poor people whose houses have been flooded. They haven’t had much help and many have probably lost a lot of their personal items. Heart breaking!

I went to see the doctor for my annual mental/physical check up. It went well and I will comply with the following ECG and blood tests.
Hurry up!
Wed 26th Feb, at 09:03 am | Deirdre | Diary
I didn’t want to get up this morning but I have things to do. My friend is coming to help me clear out some cupboards. I had better hurry up!
Keep in touch
Mon 24th Feb, at 09:31 am | Deirdre | Diary
So I didn’t see anyone this weekend. In truth, I haven’t seen anyone really for several weeks, but that is okay. One can keep in touch by WhatsApp and text message. So sometimes I like technology!
The difference
Sun 23rd Feb, at 10:56 am | Deirdre | Diary
Someone close to a friend overdosed twice yesterday and they all ended up in A& E. I do sort of understand because it hasn’t been far from my mind on many occasions but I never had that final thing where you carry it out. Because I always hoped someone would rescue me and that is the difference and then there is the effect it would have on those you leave behind.
