I have found myself looking out for properties just in case I have to move. Looking at flats is pretty contagious. And then I actually found one that I would be happy with but, of course, it’s much too expensive for my budget. Oh well!

I slept like a log last night and finding it difficult to come around this morning. Sophy Ridge on the television – that should wake me up. Laura Kuenssberg recording downstairs whilst I have my breakfast in bed.

Well this is the third night this week that I haven’t slept. Probably because it’s pretty humid but not helped by my unsettled mind. So I’m back downstairs where it is cooler and airier. It’s not good to miss a lot of sleep.

The Prime Minister should do something about Boris. He shouldn’t just get away with it. But he probably won’t do anything!

I do feel for all the poor people who travel across the seas for a better life in small boats some of which capsize. This latest one off the coast of Greece has seen many people die – very sad and shocking.

Populists can be very dangerous. Just look at Adolf Hitler. I wish we could just not give them any airtime but maybe that’s not possible. But just look at the following Boris and Trump were able to drum up.

Some kind of serious major incident going on in Nottingham where my son lives. All the roads are closed. Watching it on Sky News but exactly what is going on has not been announced yet.

After trying to get to sleep for over three hours I decided to get up and dressed and come downstairs. My mind is very active at the moment with quite a lot buzzing around worrying about where I go from here.

So three Tory MPs, including Boris, have left the sinking ship now that the Privileges Committee report is out. I, for one, am looking forward to finding out what’s in it – although one can guess!

Both Boris and Trump are saying the same thing. That they did nothing wrong and that they were being set up…
