I stayed up and watched the head to head for the Prime Minister’s job. Liz Truss wasn’t very confident and didn’t stand up to Rishi very well and Rishi Sunak kept butting in and came across as arrogant and rude. Neither of them would make a good Prime Minister – I wouldn’t trust neither of them.

I see that Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak are going head to head for the Prime Minister’s job on BBC 1 tonight. I will watch that even though I would never vote Tory.

The political programmes I usually watch – some of which I record for later – have all stopped for Summer recess. I am a bit at a loss.

I watched the last three episodes of the Midwich Cuckoos last night. I had watched half of an episode earlier in the evening and thought I would watch the other half before bed but I ended up finishing the series and went to bed really late. I am suffering from it today. Good series though.

I felt at a bit of a loss when my Qigong classes came to an end but with the help of others I have found other 40 minute Qigong lessons on YouTube which I have been doing. Thank goodness.

Somebody knocked on my door the other day and he seemed like a very nice person, very good looking and he made quite an impression. It is the first time that I have thought such a thing for a very long time.

It’s going to be a bit cooler today, hopefully.

We are still in the middle of a heatwave. I shall sit in front of a  fan today like I did yesterday. Thank goodness I bought these fans.

I watched the Tory leadership head to head last night.I am so glad that I am a Labour voter as I wouldn’t care to vote for any of them. It just reinforced why I don’t vote Tory.

There is going to be another Tory leadership head to head on ITV tonight. I missed the first one on another channel. I don’t know what time yet.
