I received one of those scam text messages saying it was from the post office this morning. They are really disturbing.

I didn’t get on so well with wearing that pedometer. It kept falling off my waistband so I ordered a new one with a lanyard which is much better!

I have been sent a pedometer and I am supposed to do between 21,000 and 70,000 steps per week. So far I am only doing about one hundred per day. Oh dear!

So the Prime Minister had a double birthday party during lockdown. My last birthday which was my 70th I had to self isolate because I had been in contact with someone. Oh well!

I have a numb brain this morning. I have things that I could write about and nothing at the same time. Oh dear!

My friend has just arranged to come over and watch another Jesse Stone with me. I have seen them many times but still look forward to it.

I received a form to full in from my surgery because I am due for a check up. I completed it but feel quite muddle headed now.

One of my dear friends came over last night. She brought fish and chips. When we had finished them she helped me go on Zoom where I listened to my Labour Party. It wasn’t anything like I expected but at least I tried although we didn’t have sound for about twenty minutes. I got to bed late. 

My computer wasn’t working this morning. I tried for ages but had to resort to turning it off at the wall. After a restart it was working thank goodness!

I am waiting for a bowel cancer screening kit to arrive in the post. Now that I can no longer walk to the post box then I am worrying about when I could do it and get one of my dear friends to take it to the post for me. Maybe it would be best to do it at the weekend!
