They are talking about having an inquiry into corruption within parliament. Whether they just mean into the Tories I don’t know. We will see what happens!

I made a booking with the Volunteer drivers here and I thought I overheard her saying that I would be two hours when I will only be half an hour and I woke up worrying about it. I will phone them tomorrow.

I got up early for a Saturday and put ‘Breakfast’ on the television. There was a young artist on the programme – I don’t know her name – but her paintings are absolutely wonderful. A real talent.

I can no longer lie down in the bath as I no longer feel that I can pull myself up again. Really stressful. Instead I have to use a plastic jug or have a shower.

Very tired this morning. Thinking about Cop26 and aware that all their plans are much too late and governments need to hurry up a bit. We really should have done something decades ago.

I felt a bit rough yesterday. Not really bad just a bit fragile and my arm is still sore. But it is all well worth it and I am really glad I have had the Covid booster. Really thankful!

I went for my Covid booster yesterday. I was very out of breath when I got there and they very kindly put me in a wheelchair and pushed me around. Bit of a struggle getting back to the car but very pleased to get home again. Very sore arm.

I’m waking early, which is to be expected, but then fretting for an hour or two about all sorts of things which will happen in the near future.

I put all my clocks back the one hour yesterday and then had to look at my mobile for the time. It means that I don’t have to worry about it this morning.

The dentist has spent quite some time adjusting my new dentures and they are a lot more comfortable now but I don’t know if it is just my mouth that is sore or if the dentures are still not quite right yet.
