What is happening in the energy business is very worrying. Big price rises and companies going bust. We will just have to ride it out, turn the thermostats down and hope for the best.
Very upsetting!

I still think that people are talking about me, don’t like me, are annoyed with me. It doesn’t take much. It doesn’t happen so often when I know a person very well and I know that they like me. It can be very upsetting!

Have I used my inhaler this morning?… I really can’t remember. Do I use it again? I don’t think so. Trying to recall. Hopeless!

That one mug of coffee that I have first thing is absolutely delicious. I don’t really wake up without it. The rest of the day I just drink chilled filtered water.

I went to the doctors yesterday. He listened to my chest and didn’t seem to think much about what I was saying but he prescribed the stronger dose of tetracycline for a week. I don’t feel brilliant!

I don’t use Facebook or Twitter but I really missed WhatsApp which was down worldwide yesterday. Along with Instagram. I usually keep in touch with friends and family via WhatsApp.

I have just received a message from my surgery to say that my upcoming appointment had to be cancelled due to sickness. What a nuisance!
8 years old

I was always being attacked, groped, man handled on the streets of London when I lived there. The first time I was molested I was only 8 years old and didn’t understand what was happening. It happened several times in the next few years and I didn’t understand why it kept happening. It was a regular thing that happened and I never got used to it. It is a problem with some males!

The government is still trying to say that the shortages which are down to not enough HGV drivers has nothing to do with Brexit. We all know loads of European drivers went elsewhere. Bloody Brexit!
