I am really tired this morning and not feeling wonderful and the thought crossed my mind that I hugged my friend from France. But I am sure that if she had symptoms she would let me know.

I watched the debate in Parliament most of the day yesterday. Most of the MPs felt as I do – that what has taken place in Afghanistan was a huge mistake on our part and that of the USA. If we can, we must keep an eye on what is happening there.

I have been back in long sleeves for the past few days. Is that the end of the Summer?

I had an appointment at a hospital for my mental health yesterday and one of my very good friends came with me. It was very intense and I was very tired afterwards. I will now have to wait for a further referral.

I followed the situation unfolding in Afghanistan yesterday. I feel so ashamed that we left all those people unprotected. Their future doesn’t look too good… bloody religion!

It looks even worse in Afghanistan today. I hate to think how it is all going to go.

It is looking really bad in Afghanistan. For awhile there yesterday I thought there might be some kind of rescue sent in but it doesn’t look like it. I do feel sorry for all those poor people.

I am running completely behind this morning. Probably because I was so very tired yesterday. Never mind.

I was just sending a WhatsApp message when a call came through. I could hear things happening in the background. I had sent messages with my ear and updated my status. It was hours before it was sorted out with a lot of help.
