I had a dream that thousands of ants were coming in my toilet window. It is true that I had quite a number running around when I came to bed and I had put a third ant killer thing down. Horrible!

I received a text message saying that they were the post office and to pay unpaid shipping fees. I believe this is a scam. There are some really horrible people about!

The BBC clock isn’t working. I hadn’t realised how much I rely on it especially first thing in the morning. I am not going anywhere so why am I so bothered by it?

I had a load of ants running around in my downstairs loo which is near to my kitchen. I had bought some ant killer the other day so I put that down and left it out overnight. Most signs of them are gone this morning.

With my COPD (emphysema) and asthma I find it really hard to breathe in the humid weather. Not quite as bad as the cold weather. I do love Spring and Autumn though! I used to love the hot weather.

I did a lateral flow test – a negative result.

I have woken up with what I think is a slight hangover. At least I hope it is nothing else. Might do another lateral flow test.

The flooding in Europe looks really bad. Cars and vans floating down the streets, bridges coming down. Terrible.

Another friend came to visit with fish and chips. We had a great chinwag. It was really good to see her.

I went to see the doctor on Monday about my mental health. She said it’s time I had a review and she has referred me. I will wait and see what happens but I have spent a very long time on my own.
