I finally got around to dead heading my roses. They were looking very tatty and much better now. Very hot outside so I changed back into short sleeves. Phew!
Wasn’t the reason

I have had really rotten backache for the last few days. I mentioned it to the doctor when I saw her yesterday but it wasn’t the reason I was there. Hopefully it will just pass… and soon!
Thermostat

I thought my heating was broken again this morning. I have to turn the thermostat up to 28 for it to come on. Might be a problem with the thermostat. I think I have a thermometer somewhere.
Backache

I have woken up with really bad backache. As I move about it is easing a bit and I will take some paracetamol to help with it in a minute.
Miserable weather!

Unlike most Sundays I got up, not early, but earlier than usual on a Sunday. I am expecting a delivery. Miserable weather out there again!
Lifting of lockdown

Hot water

I had a wonderful hot bath this morning after I overslept so everything is running late. It is lovely to have hot water again.
Engineer
