My yoghurt which had been sitting in the back of the fridge was full of ice this morning. I hope that doesn’t mean that I need to replace the fridge.

I am supposed to have visitors today. We had planned for them to leave my present on the doorstep and then for them to stand by the gate. But I have woken up to rain.

I have discovered that my neighbours have Covid and I am wondering if the contact with someone with the virus is in fact them. I know that my WiFi signal goes through the wall so why not my phone app. We do sit less than 2 meters apart just with a wall in between.

They are now saying on TV that if you just have the sniffles then do a test. I have been checking my temperature as I always have the sniffles first thing.

I am expecting deliveries today so I will have to ask them to stand back. Very difficult!

I have received a message telling me that I have been in contact with someone who has Covid so I have to self isolate for nine days. Ugh!

I still get very nervous taking a lateral flow test. So far so good!

I have Andrew Marr on the television in my bedroom on a Sunday morning but I am in and out of the room getting my breakfast and then my pills etc. I catch up with Andrew Marr the same day on BBC Parliament at 7.00 after I have watched Thursday’s Question Time repeat.

My dear next door neighbour when we lived in Clapham has died. She moved to Norwich roughly the same time that we did and we have kept in touch by Xmas cards each year. I received the letter informing me just now.

I am having my annual Respiratory Review over the telephone this afternoon. This is the second year that I am not able to breathe into anything. Useless!
