Trying to keep cool in this hot weather is a losing battle but I don’t think it is going to last much longer. Then they say we might get thunderstorms which I am frightened of.
Humid weather

It is very hard to breathe in this humid weather. Apparently it is only going to last another day or two. Hopefully then I will be able to catch my breath!
Breathing valve

I googled ‘COPD and face masks’ and it said one can get face masks with a breathing valve. So I ordered some washable ones from Amazon. Hopefully that will do the trick but I will keep you posted.
Hard to breathe

When one has COPD and asthma combined it is very hard to breathe quite often but especially in this hot weather. Add to that a mask and you’re in trouble!

Woke up this morning to find my urine infection is back. Nurse Practitioner at the surgery phoned me back and is sending another antibiotic. Trying to get a sample when put on the spot is difficult.

I was having a horrible dream this morning. There was a one inch gap opening up between the front door and the door frame in my house (where I used to live) and I was wondering who to call. It was a weekend.
Stop bleeding

I went to blow my nose and my left forefinger went up my nostril by accident and scratched it. I wish it would stop bleeding soon.

So it isn’t raining so my new handyman should be coming this morning to do some jobs including painting my shed which badly needs doing. Lovely day today.
