If I get the virus there is not much hope for me. I am not far from 70 and I have emphysema and asthma – both lung conditions – and high blood pressure. So I must be careful!

The email on my phone wasn’t working last night. I didn’t check my computer but my phone was charging so I decided to check it all this morning. It’s fine but did lead to a bad night’s sleep!

Because of my osteoporosis my doctor has changed my vitamin D3 for Adcal D3 which is calcium and vitamin D3 combined. But I can’t take it within four hours of my iron tablets (also twice a day) or within two hours of certain foods. Tricky!

They are now saying that people who are high risk like me should stay at home for twelve weeks so I have to make sure I have everything I need. It is all very scary!

I am not quite 70 but I have underlying conditions so I will mostly stay at home. So many of my friends and neighbours have offered to help me with shopping etc. Brilliant!
