I don’t seem able to muster myself early in the mornings at the moment. Only just managed to have a bath and wash my hair. Much better!

I have been having dizzy spells. Yesterday was the third in the last week or so. Whether it’s to do with my new hearing aids or the hot weather and/or dehydration or lack of sleep l don’t know.

I only just made it back upstairs with my breakfast before Trevor Phillips came on. First up was Sir Neil Kinnock, former Labour Prime Minister. He had some very good ideas of where the government could get some money from. For one, an asset tax on say over £10 million so people’s homes wouldn’t be touched. Very good idea l think.

I don’t know why or how I had done it but I have been thinking that I am in the following weekend having just finished the week commencing the 7th. So I had arranged transport for completely the wrong day. Don’t know why this is. I have just sorted it out.

I woke up around 3.15 am and I was thinking about my day. I wanted to have a bath and wash my hair and I am expecting a delivery and I had to do something about my old woman’s hair curls which I have had since my haircut and so, at 4.40 l had a bath and sorted out my hair and brought breakfast upstairs and enjoyed it in front of the television. It is now nearly time for me to get dressed and move downstairs.

I have some big worrying things on my mind and I really need to take myself in hand and sort myself out. I have been letting things slide like my diet which has been sadly lacking. I have a big check up happening at the surgery very soon so now is the time!

I woke up early and, having things on my mind, I worked out how to send a message about an order. I have another delivery coming this morning. And a busy day.

I was late getting up and aware that I had a few hours to bathe and wash my hair before C the hairdresser gets here at lunchtime. See that I am now getting a delivery this morning so I can’t have a bath. I have just managed to wash my hair with a jug over the sink but I am absolutely soaked. Hopefully my clothes won’t take too long to dry.

I had chosen the day of Monday to clean the tubes of my new hearing aids. You have to dismantle them and push a wire through the tubes. I kept trying but it just wouldn’t go through. I have just discovered that I hadn’t dismantled it enough and I have now managed it. Phew! And it’s so hot!

What a day! I had plans but all went out of the window when I overslept. My friend E is coming this afternoon so I’m trying to wake up and do everything I have to do before that.
