I have just ordered a case with Etsy and they have refunded my money straight away. I will try and order another one at some point but not sure when. Really all been stressful!

I have been expecting a delivery of something l have bought from Etsy. Which was a first! It was expected to be delivered 18-24 of June. It’s now the 27th and all l know is that Fed Ex now have it. I wish they would hurry up as l am starting to believe it’s all actually a piece of fiction.

I have got up early – I am expecting a delivery and window cleaner coming soon after 8.00 so thought I would get downstairs as soon as I was able. I see that Reform are doing well in the polls. People know that they guided everyone badly during Brexit, they really upset Europe with their time messing with their government and yet they consider voting for them again. Really disappointed!

I’m having a bit of difficulty with my left hearing aid. Somehow I am fine with my right one but the left one keeps popping out but I don’t think I am pushing in the right direction a lot of the time. Hopefully I will get better at it!

So yesterday I went for a hearing test. They sat me in a little booth and I did my best. Soon after that I was on my way home wearing two nhs free hearing aids which have kept me fairly occupied since. I don’t think I remember everything she told me and I hope that the itch l feel all the time I am wearing them will settle down.

I have an order that I am waiting for. I haven’t had an update on tracking since Wednesday but I am not past the estimated delivery slot yet so don’t think I should enquire until after that. I find it very difficult to be patient.

I have managed to fetch breakfast in bed although very tired. Despite what time this says it is Trevor Phillips is about to start as it’s an hour later. I have ordered something from Etsy for the first time and it turns out it’s coming from Istanbul. The tracking has not been updated for days. Whether it’s stuck at customs or what I don’t understand. Eventually I tried to sign up for an account in order to get better tracking but my phone is too old apparently. But it is very frustrating not knowing what is happening!

I have woken up wanting a wee and see that President Trump has completed “a very successful attack on Iran “ and will address the nation in an hour or so.

Having come downstairs late l am trying to function and finding it very difficult in this humidity. I have things to do and the clock is going around and I am having trouble getting started. I have a dear friend coming tomorrow and I haven’t tidied up for a few days in this heatwave. I’m sure she would understand but I hope not to give her that situation where there’s no place to sit.

I must reset my alarm on my bedside clock. I have overslept today again. It’s another hot day and I suppose I should consider going into shorts when at home. It feels like a faff to have to shave my legs though. And it doesn’t look so good with my slippers on. And, to be honest, I don’t feel very safe even at home in just a dress.
