It is shocking how we transport recycled waste to Indonesia where it ends up being burnt creating toxic smoke which affects the people living in the nearby villages and their food chain.

I am down to my last product to disguise Lily’s painkiller. So far this morning she has ignored it. Cats are so clever… It isn’t easy. If this continues then I don’t know what to do next!
In pain

I am still waking up in a lot of pain… my tennis elbow sometimes aches but doesn’t usually kick in until the afternoon but my rib area and the arthritis in my sacro illiac joints is very painful. I have just taken some painkillers and now waiting for them to kick in.

I slept on my new mattress last night. Once I dropped off it was such a deep sleep I didn’t wake up until 9.10!
