Still taking the tablets…

Nose bleed

I had another heavy nose bleed. One minute I was okay and the next I was pouring blood. My good friend advised me but, I was by myself, so before long I was questioning whether I have leukaemia. It took a couple of glasses of wine to sort me out.

Bogus calls

I do get fed up with all these bogus phone calls. Sometimes they are annoying and sometimes unsettling.

The doctor

I saw the doctor this morning about the pain I keep getting in my right arm probably from Lung Club. Apparently it’s muscular and she prescribed some ibuprofen gel. She has also referred me for a bone density scan.

Jeremy Corbyn

Jeremy Corbyn talking about bringing a vote of no confidence in the government followed by a Labour led caretaker government who would call for a general election and an extension to Brexit. That would do it!

Mug of coffee

There is nothing more refreshing than that mug of coffee I have first thing with breakfast. I drink chilled filtered water the rest of the day but that first drink wakes me up and starts my day!

Postpone

I have had to cancel what I was going to do this morning because I am so tired at the moment. It was something I can easily postpone which only affects me.

Fan type sound

I can hear a fan type sound in the back of the house downstairs. I can’t find where it is coming from possibly next door where my neighbours moved out over this weekend.

Slept through

My second night in my new bedroom and I slept through until 10.00. I haven’t slept that late in many many years!

Large spider

I went to the loo this morning and there was a 3-4 inch spider in the litter tray. I got the spider catcher and chased it around. Finally got it and left the vacuum on but I was so freaked out I wet myself. So after putting the large spider out I had to change my clothes.

Gales

They have forecast heavy rain today followed by gales tomorrow. What a strange summer we are having!
