So I have to go through the returns process for two separate orders and my good friend is going to help me work it out and then take them to the post office for me. Thank goodness for friends.

Not knowing what size I am now I ordered different sizes in jeans and tried on the first to arrive. I was very surprised to discover that they fitted perfectly as I thought they would be very tight if I managed to get them on at all. A very nice surprise.

I came back downstairs for a couple of hours during the night so very tired this morning and, of course, Wednesday is a busy day for me.

I watch a lot of programmes mostly on the News Channels and they are talking about serious stuff but many of the women who l should imagine want to be taken seriously are wearing the most ridiculously daft shoes. I just don’t understand it!

Feeling much better today but it is really cold and it can’t decide whether it is raining, hailstorm or sunny blue sky. Glad I didn’t have to go out.

I have a very muzzy head after yesterday’s migraine – as though l have been on a bender. Just having breakfast in bed whilst Trevor Phillips is on the television. I must take this medical name tag off my wrist which I keep forgetting!

I spent most of this afternoon in the A and E department of the hospital. I was suffering from visual disturbance and 111 said l had to go straight away. My dear friend E took me and they looked for signs of stroke or bleeding on the brain. Fortunately they were ruled out and I was eventually sent home with a probable migraine diagnosis with instructions to keep an eye on my blood pressure and go straight back if it rises. Not how l had planned today!

I have just spoken to the weight management programme that I am on. For many months now I will have something like a milkshake meal replacement and it will show an emoji of a bar of chocolate. This morning I had a vanilla milkshake and it said that I had eaten a bar of chocolate. I had wondered that although I have been ignoring it whether they had been noting all these bars of chocolate that I haven’t had. Obviously a technical problem. They were glad that I had reported it.

So the USA President is considering dropping the charges against Julian Assange. About time – that’s something sensible!

I see that they’re stopping giving puberty blockers to children who wish to change gender. There’s a huge growth in the numbers wanting it and will be the case as long as people treat their boys and girls differently.
