I woke up at 5.45 thinking firstly about a lump l have had for quite awhile and I should mention it to someone and secondly if I get up straight away I will have time to have a bath and wash my hair before the District Nurse comes. So that is what I did. Spent quite a bit of time watching things l have recorded on the TV.
