A friend of mine is coming soon. She started off helping me each week after I had fractured my spine and she became indispensable. Her daughter is my hairdresser which was how our relationship started. I had my hair done yesterday.

I went out on Saturday morning after four months at home. I have felt completely exhausted ever since. I know that I am getting on a bit but hopefully I will feel more together fairly soon.

I was lying half asleep earlier and I was trying really hard to work it out…. I kept looking at my watch which I had just changed and trying to compare with earlier. Got into a muddle so got up. Don’t know what happened with lying in on Sunday.

So today has been full on. A family day. And then I realised that the clocks have to be put forward an hour. I got most of them done but I can’t reach the one which is facing me most of the day. I’m shrinking which isn’t much help. Hopefully someone taller will pop in soon.

Did you see the US government praying to the Gods in the sky?… and they expect us to believe that they are rational human beings…

I bought two glass vases but was very unhappy with the very thin glass. I would be frightened to use them. I have never bought Chinese glass before. I will see if anyone else would be happy with them!

For a moment, whilst watching an item about Council Tax, I thought l was living in South West London. It’s a very long time ago that I lived there.

I am expecting a call today and my mind has gone blank and I can’t think what I wanted to say. Oh dear!

So I have just had a bath using my bath chair lift for the third time. I am still apprehensive beforehand but just starting to get used to it. How long it will go on for until it breaks down – I am not very confident! The weakest part is the string holding it all together…

I am sitting downstairs, fully dressed, Trevor Phillips is on the television and I am not really aware of what is going on. I usually remember to set the TV to record it and the BBC so I can watch later if I need/want to. There’s not much else on that I would like to watch.
