So I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis and been prescribed with Alendronic Acid but had to have a blood test first. I am very glad to say I got the go ahead on Friday. So I got up around 7.30 ish this morning so I could sit bolt upright for 30 minutes after taking the meds before food or drink. I have now had my breakfast and a second coffee and ready to start the day!
