My nice Spanish neighbours next door had a party late into the night last night. There was much singing (in Spanish) and, at one point, all the power went out and I was plunged into blackness. It came back a few minutes later and they all cheered. They are moving out in the next few days.

Thank goodness for my friends. They keep me going from one day to the next and I can discuss anything with them – Humanism, politics, things that happen day to day. I spend a lot of time alone so this is a life saver. Although, at this point, I must say that my son, who is very busy working, is also here for me when it’s possible.

So the Sue Gray report into lockdown parties has been published. It is all about Downing Street lockdown parties. I feel it’s possibly not the half of it but quite enough. Boris is keen to move on… of course!

I have found an all in one rollator/walker/wheelchair. I will go along and try one before I buy but there’s no rush.

I am going to need advice from my doctor about whether I am going to need a wheelchair or a rollator/walker for when I go out. My mobility isn’t good.

I am doing blood pressure readings for my doctor. They seem to be pretty good so far.

I am on the Diabetes Prevention Programme because I am pre diabetic. My glucose levels are just below someone with diabetes. I am hoping to lose quite a lot of weight and very slowly it is happening. I was 103.5 kg and I am now 99.6 kg. Still very big.

I got up late this morning and when I went to the loo I saw some rather worrying cracks in the walls. I will have to get them checked.

I found an important email on my phone in Junk. It didn’t show up on my tablet at all. I managed to move it into Important emails but not into my main inbox where it needs to be for it to show up on my tablet. I shall seek advice.

I have been on my computer since early this morning and when I went to shut it down it wanted to update so I am very late at doing everything else this morning.
