I have been told that many in the Republic of Ireland don’t want to rejoin with the North because of the threat of violence. I don’t know what percentage feels like that.

So the Labour Party have done really well in the local elections and they have Norwich too. I am happy.

I didn’t get a lot of sleep because I kept looking in at the elections. No idea how Norwich had done though.

It is polling day for the local elections – it might be quite interesting.

What Russia is still doing in Ukraine is terrible especially in 2022. Why we don’t seem to be able to do anything apart from arm them I really don’t understand. We have clever people so surely one of them can come up with something…

Abortion rights in America are under threat. I believe absolutely in women’s rights over their own bodies and the right to choose. Any threat to that is a threat to women and a terrible backward step.

I woke up in the early hours because I was dreaming about one of the traumas I have been through many years ago. It took a long time before I had just a little more sleep.

I am watching Sophie Ridge on Sunday (Sky News) this morning. With the local elections coming up it’s the last chance for representatives of each party to speak. I have already voted for Labour with my postal vote.

I don’t know how people can be so chatty first thing in the morning especially at the weekend. I wake up slowly.

The doctor said yesterday to see if I improve with taking both iron tablets and if not then I will have to go for a blood test for anaemia. And if I get light headed then to take my blood pressure as my tablet might be making it too low. Over to me!
