We are all looking forward to the relaxing of lockdown measures but hospital bosses have said that must not be done too early. We must wait until hospitals are able to come with the number of patients.
Oh dear!

Having told the vet yesterday that Lily is eating all of her food with her meds in it and doing perfectly formed poos she has made a liar out of me. She didn’t eat much of her food yesterday and we have gone back to diarrhoea. Oh dear!
Wonder when
Mon 15th Feb, at 09:01 am | Deirdre | Diary
The number of cases of Covid is going down which is probably more to do with the lockdown than the jabs. But they should be going down. Wonder when lockdown will be eased.
Sundays

I do love Sundays. Nobody is coming so I can have breakfast in bed and not get up until late. Fantastic!
Bit of a nuisance!
Sat 13th Feb, at 10:31 am | Deirdre | Diary
So I haven’t received an email I was expecting and I haven’t received my TV Times through the post. Really a bit of a nuisance! Oh well, at least the bin men who normally come on a Tuesday are coming today… or so I am told.
Heavenly!

Finally I am having some success with my cat. I make a big fuss of her every time I see that she has eaten and now she is eating most of her food with her meds mixed in which has resulted in her making it to her litter tray each time. Heavenly!
Back to normal
Thu 11th Feb, at 10:03 am | Deirdre | Diary
I think I am now back to normal although I had a very late night last night so I am very tired anyway. I will see how I am later.
Quite poorly
Wed 10th Feb, at 08:55 am | Deirdre | Diary
I have felt quite poorly since I woke up at 4.00 am yesterday morning. Like I have the flu, touch of nausea and a very sore arm. I understand it will only last 48 hours. It is well worth it.
Covid injection
Tue 9th Feb, at 08:31 am | Deirdre | Diary
I had my Covid injection yesterday. My friend who was going to take me cancelled because of the snow but I managed to get a cab each way. I don’t usually go outside when it’s very cold but this was very important.
The roll out
Mon 8th Feb, at 09:12 am | Deirdre | Diary
It’s not looking so good for the Oxford/AstraZeneca jab when it comes to the South Africa variant. Don’t know what that will mean for the roll out.
