Completely overslept this morning. Didn’t get up until gone ten. This pressure in my right ear is driving me up the wall. Surely there is something that can be done to clear it.

Had to phone the surgery again and they doubled my amitriptyline. This is one of the hardest things I have been through.

Ants

When I came down yesterday morning my cat Lily’s bowl was full of ants. I got rid of most of them outside and the others I stamped on. I haven’t seen any sign of anymore since then
Amitriptyline

The surgery has phoned me back. They are sending me some amitriptyline this afternoon for me to take one a day at bedtime because it will make me drowsy.Hopefully that will sort out the pain.

The lockdown

So they have eased the lockdown in England so we will just have to see how people behave this weekend and the following weeks – watching the ‘R’ rate all the time.
Clap for our Carers
