It was very late when I got to sleep last night so I feel pretty awful this morning. Hopefully I will feel a bit better soon!

I still feel rotten. I never knew shingles was this bad but when half of your head hurts including eye, ear, side of face, side of mouth, teeth, awful!

Hoping this numbness in my face and tongue will sort itself once I stop the doxycycline. I will take the last one this evening.

We will have to watch so carefully now lockdown has been relaxed.

I feel terrible this morning. Hopefully I will feel better when my meds kick in!

Because I took my doxycycline within two hours of my iron tablets and I still have earache I have now started a second course of antibiotics.

Even though I look like I have the lurgy and I suppose shingles is as near as it gets. I went out to Clap for our Carers. It was very good and lots of people out there. Most friendly!

My lower lip was very bloody this morning. I feel much better when I have had my meds.

I seem to be getting a very little bit better each day but I have been very ill. My lower lip is in a bad way – it has been bleeding and shingles isn’t pretty.

I still feel pretty rotten and will probably do so for another week or so. Completely overslept this morning so I am playing catch up!
