I have been waking up with back ache which has been easing throughout the day. Also I have been rushing to the loo. I have had both symptoms separately over many years and now wondering if they are connected. It is much worse this morning!

I went outside and clapped for our nhs and carers last night. None of my immediate neighbours were out but there were people out opposite so I didn’t feel too awkward!

I believe my inhalers are going to be delivered this morning. The pharmacists and other staff are  very busy and also on the front line and often verbally abused. Hopefully my inhalers will come today.

I have had a couple of late nights and feel very tired this morning but my cleaner/helper is coming in a little while so I had better get myself together.

Boris Johnson is in intensive care. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone including the Prime Minister.

I just received a food parcel. How wonderful!

I am going to have to order some more meds for my cat Lily soon. Whether I should ask my pal to collect them as usual or ask the vets to post them I am not too sure!

I have received quite a few letters, emails and texts about the fact that I am being shielded and what to do. Also priority access to online groceries delivery slots. It is all very reassuring!

There were only a few of us out clapping for our NHS and other key workers last night but there wasn’t as good a turn out as last week here. Such a shame. Hopefully it will be better next week

My back is really bad again. It started hurting yesterday but much worse today. I hope it will just sort itself out.
