I have been busy today. Mostly watching others. Very tired just doing this l am sorry to say.

New tablets. Old tablets. Can I order more. Not really in the right frame of mind for sorting out my repeat prescription. Can I order more or can I not. Keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best l suppose.

So I am sitting downstairs watching Trevor Phillips discussing the Prime Minister with Yvette Cooper. My coffee is still drinkable and I have strawberries to eat. Yummy.

I am now able to have a bath using my bath chair lift. But it’s been a while since I was able to soak different areas and I am a little sore or dry in places. Oh well!

Today has been a good day! My friend came and helped me with a bath and to wash my hair. But I have been busy with lots of stuff as well.

Trying to wake up before my window cleaner comes. But I am up and dressed. The news on the television telling me what is happening in the Middle East. But I think I can still relax now!

Well I seem to be ready to start the day. People coming fairly soon but I just have my coffee to drink. The daffs that Karen gave me yesterday are really opening up now which is a real pleasure.

My newish friend came and she washed my hair and then supervised a bath chair lift bath. I feel wonderful. All clean – it’s been ages since that was possible.

I realised that I had to supply a urine sample for the surgery and, for once, that proved difficult. After three pints of liquid and several hours l managed it but I struggled a bit!

I have had a good day. From watching Trevor Phillips first thing this morning to seeing a programme about the Thames around 1858 and the great stink. Looking forward to bedtime!
