I had the most awful tummy upset first thing and then, when I was in a better place, I had a bath and washed my hair. And now, several hours later, I’m watching last night’s Question Time and hoping my tummy has settled down again for at least the near future.

I have been thinking about the fact that my parking permit is going to expire in a while and not really sure that I will know what to do. So I had a little investigation of the basic information that I received last time. I feel a lot better now!

I don’t buy any day wear that doesn’t have pockets but I am at a loss when I am wearing my pyjamas. Especially not having my door keys which are in my pocket during the day. So I have done a search and Amazon seems to be the best for pjs with pockets. I will wait and see.

So l tried to get through to my surgery again this morning and the machine said that they would get back to me. Well l had heard that several times before. Then I had a think. So l asked to speak to a human. When it said that it knows a lot to which I replied that it doesn’t know this and it put me through to a human. Excellent!

So last week I joked about the new system of trying to get through to my GP but now I don’t see the humour. It seems impossible to get through to a human. And the machine says that they will get back to me. But that hasn’t happened. Do I keep phoning? Do I wait another few days? I have no idea.

I have read my magazine and at a bit of a loss as to what to do for the rest of the weekend. I have U & Drama on the television which is showing New Tricks and then Jonathan Creek. Definitely watchable!

The chatbot ai thingy was better behaved today. It actually got my date of birth correctly. It repeated that they would get back to me. As for my delivery of meds – l thought I would spend the day waiting but it arrived earlier so I could have a bath and wash my hair. Excellent!

My surgery has been taken over by a chatbot ai thingy. I keep trying to get through. It decided that my name is Liam and I was born in July and I am phoning about a headache and diarrhoea. I kept trying to correct it. Really frustrating and a bit of a nightmare.

I have a friend that comes usually on a Tuesday. She tends to help me with different things whilst she’s here and today I am hoping she will help me hang some photos. They are currently sitting on surfaces around the sitting room so I will be really glad when they are on the walls.

Back to normal tomorrow I suppose. Oh well!
