I hope Hawaii is able to rebuild the burnt out town near to as it was and it isn’t taken over by rotten property developers who turn it into something else.

That unmentionable former President of USA is now up on many charges. He has many people fooled by his rhetoric so hopefully they won’t vote him in at the next election.

This government is still insisting that their small boat policy is working. Nothing could be further from the truth. Whether Labour would do any better l really don’t know if that is possible. If they were to set up more safe and legal routes then they would be getting somewhere possibly.
Very anxious

I am very very anxious and stressed at the moment. I’m waiting to hear if I have to move house because I can’t have a stairlift or if I can stay here where I have lived for over 30 years. It’s affecting everything and is probably a major reason why I don’t always sleep.
Didn’t sleep

So I didn’t sleep again. It’s becoming quite a regular thing. I am now starting to get used to it. I think it’s twice this week so it’s been worse. I was just looking forward to a lie in this morning and here I am wide awake long before. Oh well!

With my high blood pressure I thought better about the K3 Keto diet because of the amount of sodium in them. I will have to think again!
K3 Keto diet

I am slowly losing weight l think but l thought I would give it a hand with the K3 Keto diet. I rang the Pharmacist who looks after me and he said he could see no reason why I shouldn’t try it on my meds but just to stop it if I feel unwell. In addition I have taken out foods and replaced with more suitable stuff from my shopping list.

My blood glucose levels are up so I am now very near to diabetes. I have been pre diabetic for several years. I have given away all my naughty food and gone back to daily walks and a 40 minute Qigong class online. And the weight is very slowly coming down. Long may it continue. I have attempted this many times before but the problem is sustaining it!

The funeral of Sinead O’Connor is taking place in Bray near Dublin this morning. Wondered if that is going to be where my Mum and Dad’s ashes are buried.
